About the Role

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help build the infrastructure that powers our AI-driven compliance platform. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies to create secure, scalable, and reliable systems that serve enterprise clients in highly regulated industries.

This role offers the opportunity to shape our infrastructure from the ground up, implement best practices for security and compliance, and work with a talented team building the future of legal technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS/Azure/GCP
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications
  • Ensure security best practices across all infrastructure components
  • Monitor system performance and implement scaling solutions
  • Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment processes
  • Maintain high availability and disaster recovery systems

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Understanding of monitoring and logging solutions
  • Experience with security and compliance requirements
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated industries (legal, finance, healthcare)
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with database administration and backup strategies
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef)
  • Knowledge of network security and VPN configuration
  • Previous startup or high-growth company experience
  • Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, etc.)
