As our Product Manager for Compliance Solutions, you'll collaborate closely with legal professionals, engineers, and designers to build intuitive, powerful tools that solve real-world compliance challenges. You'll have the opportunity to define product roadmaps, gather user feedback, and directly impact the direction of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for compliance automation tools
• Conduct user research and gather feedback from legal professionals
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features on time
• Analyze product metrics and user behavior to inform decisions
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on product positioning
• Stay current with legal technology trends and compliance regulations

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product metrics
• Experience with user research and customer discovery methods
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
• Experience with product management tools (Jira, Figma, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

• Legal background or experience in the legal industry
• Knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory requirements
• Experience with AI/ML products or document automation
• Technical background or ability to work closely with engineers
