Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build the next generation of corporate compliance automation tools. You'll work on challenging problems in the legal tech space, building scalable platforms that help law firms and corporations streamline their compliance processes.

As part of our growing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our technical architecture, mentor junior developers, and directly impact the product roadmap. You'll be working with modern technologies including Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud platforms to build robust, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and cloud platforms
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement user-centric features
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for enterprise-level usage
• Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive testing coverage
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high development standards

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.js
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and REST APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proficiency with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience with legal tech or compliance software
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and document processing
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards
