We operate on a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) model, which means you only pay for what you use, with no minimums or upfront costs. You are charged based on your actual usage of services.
In addition to the PAYG model, we also offer bundled plans that provide a flat monthly subscription with the included services and allowances shown below. These bundles are designed to provide cost certainty and savings for firms that prefer predictable budgeting while still allowing for flexibility in usage.

Flat monthly subscription that includes minute-book capacity and AI query allowances. Upgrade or downgrade anytime.
The $100 welcome credit is a one-time offer, separate from included service allowances. Usage beyond the allowances is billed at the applicable PAYG rates, subject to your spending limit. Rates marked “Pricing at launch” will be confirmed at launch.

Note: All prices are in CAD and billed monthly in arrears.
Spending limits can be set to control costs on monthly usage. If the limit is reached, the service will automatically stop usage for that month, preventing any further charges.
